Our middle management team comprises nearly 100 highly qualified, experienced and dedicated professionals. This talented team is led by our dynamic General Manager, Mr Sujit, who has invaluable knowledge and experience in the industry.

Infrastructure

Thungasilk International has the flexibility, machinery, and capacity to fulfill every conceivable order.

Thungasilk International is a vertically integrated group with its processing facilities, supported by a hi-tech infrastructure. Its assembly line is as follows:

1. Traditional handlooms to the latest and most advanced Hi-Tech German Shuttle less weaving machines ( of Dornier make )
2. · Flatbed screen to latest Japanese digital printing machines ( of Mimaki make)
3. Delicate hand embroideries to the latest multi-head computerized embroidery machines ( of Barudan and SWF make )

Quality Assurance

Our fabrics are compliant with International Quality Standards. Our systems are designed for the end-to-end traceability of raw materials and finished products. Colors are matched through spectral readings and are digitally stored for accurate reproduction. We diligently monitor quality at every stage of our production processes.

We have a variety of lightweight cloths suitable for apparel use, including silks, cotton, linens, viscose and velvets, which can be used for a range of garments, shirting, dresses and accessories.

Our interior cloths meet the specifications for upholstery, drapery, soft furnishings and contract.

We’re constantly developing our range to meet the latest trends and new technological development, based on directional forward trends and in-depth knowledge of consumer demand.

Digital printing technology has advanced dramatically over the last decade, and Thungasilk International is proud to be at the forefront of this technical revolution. Our investment in state-of-the-art digital printing machinery heralds an exciting new era where there are no restrictions to the size of design repeats. Improved ink quality utilizing pigment / reactive dyes guarantees superior color consistency, and vastly enhanced light-fastness, while rub tests prove greater robustness against wear and tear.
